By default, we offer the meat from our beef in 10 kg packages. They contain an assortment of all the main parts of a carcass (neck, breast, rib, loin, round, etc.).
All cuts of meat are vacuum sealed and labeled with letters that indicate preparation options.
The price per kg is 14,50 EUR
As soon as a new slaughter date is set, we will inform you by e-mail about the date on which we will distribute the packages. You can then reply to the info mail with your order. Please register here without obligation if we should add you to our mailing list.
If you are interested in specific cuts, innards or special parts such as e.g. B. tongue or cheeks, please let us know. We reserve it subject to availability.
